Default Nvidia and ATi next generations...

What are the next gen graphics coming out from Nvidia and ATi? I heard about em but forgot what they were called. Something about Nvidia N31, NV34, and ATi R205 or something. Who makes which and when are they expected to come out? Can someone give me the details on these chipsets?

also, is the Athlon 64 a good CPU for me to get or might I as well stick with the 2600+ Barton?

NVIDIA and ATI, check their sites for updates and news.
Athlon 64 is a good CPU but I'd wait a few months as the mother boards drivers and software support still need a little maturing before being entirely optimized and stable.
If it were me, I'd stay with the BArton core a little while longer since prices will come down even more
