Not restarting

Sometimes when I restart my computer it won't restart. It goes to a black screen and I have to hold in the power button to shut it down. What could be the problem?

If I were you I would seriously scan my puter for spyware/shareware or a worm/virus. Sounds to me like you have one running in the background!!! This has happened to me many times before and before I invested in Aluria!!
