Ok my problem is pretty simple and probably easy to fix.
I just got a new computer and its basicly made for gameing ...
geforce 7800gt
3700+ amd 64
1gig ram
anyway ... the thing is , when i go into games like , lets say counter strike source ... there are spots where it is either gonna be way to bright, or way to dark .... i have my monitor the brightest it can go but its still not nearly enough. I played with the color correction in my graphics card setings and it dosent seem to even effect anything but my desktop and videos played on desk top ... but not any games.
So what ever is causeing this to be so dark, please tell me so i can fix it. Its really unplayable when you walk right passed somone because the screen in that area is pitch black and he shoots you in the back heh...
