sorry guys i can't find a better place to post this, but what is this serie of codes called? its in computers

composed of 0s and 1s what is it called? where cna i find a program or website to translate a long passage? cuz i found one and i wonder how i can translate it into real english...

bro its called binary. what pcs do to make it readable to people is convert it into the hexadecimal. there are many people who can read both. note me if you want more info man and by the way it's supposed to be in multiples of 8

Well first of all, knowing the binary sequence is not enough. You need to know the character encoding as well. Is it 8 bits/character, 7 bits/character, etc.

In anycase, if u know programming, this is trivial. < 10 line program.
