Im not sure about intel, i think they can run a little warmer, but for a p3 i would imagine that is rather hot. Anything under 50 is good. If you can keep your max load under 50C then you should be ok. Intel guys, correct me if im wrong.
I dunno..
I guess the aircirculation inside my case is not that good
I dont think i run anything that heavy.
DO you have guys have any suggestion how to fix this thing??
Btw, I check the temp. from the BIOS cuz I dont have any software to measure it directly from my windows.
Does any of you guys know anysoftware to measure the temp?
tx
you will need to know what kind of motherboard you have in order to set up MBM5.
As for suggestions to fix the temp problem:
1. does the CPU have a fan? (fan sits right on top of the CPU/ heatsink.)
2. have you tried to reset the heatsink on the CPU? (you'll have to clean the old stuff off, then use some quality thermal paste such as Artic silver.)
3. Try adding some case fans to get more air circulation in the case.
