Grandmother wants me to upgrade her Dell Dimension 4550 and as the subject suggests I'm kinda paranoid about screwing it up. Will the items I have found work?

From the Dell Documentation:

Memory

Video cards and ram is by far the easiest components to install. Those should work fine in the old-school dell.
