Hi,
Could anyone lend a quick hand to help out with a printer problem? I've an Epson Stylus Photo 830U connected to my computer via a USB port, and bidirectional support supposedly turned on, but seemingly not working, and Status Monitor is greyed out and unclickable. It's not really been a problem in the past, as "little flashing red light" has always meant "feed me more ink", but now that doesn't seem to be the case, and I've a printer with a little flashing red light which could mean any problem whatsoever, but is probably linked to the fact that the printer now refuses to run the head cleaning utility...
