Default Noises after shutdown!

Hi I have noticed that fater I shut down my computer at around 15 seconds fater switched off from mains, the computer tower makes a short churp (Noise)?

Any idea?

probabbly your hard drive, it is one of the only mechanical parts

or maybe a small discharge sounding through the piezo on the MBD. I'd say its probably a bird, though... also, when resetting the bios did you remove the battery AND reset the jumpers on the MBD??
