No Video

Ok,Im trying to help someone, I do not know the person but he is telling me he just put in a brand new Asus Socket A- A7V8X-MB ,X1800+ 256 ram..he is telling me he has no video, I told him that board requires +1.5 volt agp card, he said he has a radeon 7000.and still no video, I also told him, to clear bios, and retry, he said still nothing so im throwing it out to ,peeps.because im swammped lol

I think i got him straight, the multiplyerr in agp he had was 4x, its telling me thios board needs 8x agp,. with +1.5 volts, but will let you know.
