I have a p4p800 se from ASUS and there IS a printer port in the back, but in windows it says i don't have one. I try to install a printer port but it tells me that the port isn't working.
On most new boards this port is disabled due to the fact that, as Cherubimon_3.20 said, todays printers have USB. On the other hand, if you have the port on the board, you might have to go into the BIOS and enable it.
