whichever genius claimed that you can get killed by a 12v or even a 1v battery because the human body has practically no resistance needs a reality check.
Take an AA battery. Touch one end with your left hand. Touch the other with your right. Still alive??? Then i guess the theory has a large gaping hole in it.
