Im talking about a component to the meter that relays the RPM data back to the mobo. If that does not work hence the CPU fan fail message, since it is not relaying back.
no display / cpu fan fail???

nvm i herad it wrong it said system fail cpu TEST so i noticed the mobo is fried so i got my money back ty..
