nForce and DVD Drive Error

Hey hey folks, i've recently updated my Nforce drivers and its fixed the problems i'm having with all my games/audio. However now the DVD drive doesn't work. Is there any way i can Install the latest Nforce drivers but in a way that they DON'T modify the CD and DVD Drive drivers?

Please, any help is greatly needed.

update ur drives' firmware
maybe get atapi drivers
