Hi,

I have a P4 computer with an 80gig hd with 512 ram and an Intel MB. I am running XP I would like to change the MB from my present Intel to a MSI board I have. My question is will XP let me do that.

btw MSI has released its AGP 8x series , try to get on of them , just to be up to date......

Thanks for the replys. So , are you saying a clean install where I lose everything? If I just swap the MB , wouldn't XP just do a new hardware install.?

give it a try

I just bought a used computer without any hard drive. I just took out the hard drive with windows xp on it and put it in my new computer and there were no problems.Just installed the software for the new motherboard and did used one click cleaner for windows and have had no problems. I would at least give it a try if it dosnt work then do a clean install.
