NewEgg RMA Questions/Problems.... ECS

Well I sent my cruddy ECS mobo in to get it RMA'd at NewEgg... (See: My new avatar)

It has been "processing" for more than a week, which is well over the "2-3 days" they say you should give them for processing...

Meh... Lately, the RMA list page (not the detail page) has said it has been "Closed"
-what does this mean?

Sorry, but this is my first time I've RMA'd something - I havent had to do it until a few weeks ago when the board "got dead" :/ next time I won't overclock on an ECS.

Anyways, anthing anyone can say will probably help.
 
well thats what happens when you buy something from ecs. DONT BUY AN ECS MOTHERBOARD. so this when someone reads this they will find out 8 out 0f 10 boards have problems because they dont test the boards before they leave the factory. Quality control anyone?
 
Yeah, this was the only one ive ever bought... never getting anything ECS ever again.

ANYONE have info on the RMA status questions? ARGGGG
