It comes with everything included, the box was just opened by either a consumer or the company.

But it says it's OEM and no accessories are included, but if that's true then I have no I/O plate.. not to mention I want some of the stuff that is included for a retail

Open box motherboard should be avoided.

No accessories no drivers, JUST the motherboard.

Well... too late now... I guess I don't NEED an I/O shield... do I? Drivers I can get.. and accessories end up being like... well atleast for lanparty's... IDE cables, etc..?

I can't like ask DFI for the accessories and stuff..?

It might still come with the I/O plate though, cause you kind of need it. Things like SATA cables, IDE, drivers, screws, manuals, etc will not be included.

Any ideas? Since I sort of won't be able to do anything without the screws and stuff.. and I don't want that to happen ~.~

Screws usually come with the case, so if you're ordering a case use the ones that come with it. If youre using your old case, use the ones that you already have. ^^

I've heard of people just emailing the motherboard company asking for a I/O plate and they'll send one to you free.
