I just checked using newegg's order history page, and I've placed 18 orders with them since Oct 22, 2001. They've never made a single mistake. Almost every order got to my east coast address in two days, but never more than three. (Easier now that they have a warehouse in NJ or PA - not sure which.) I've not had to send anything back to them, but check out their reseller ratings (resellerratings.com) for those who did. Very few had problems. It's too bad you did, but I'm pretty confident that they'll make it right. Try again. Too bad your delivery guy is a jerk.
