No, there are small differences in performance, it is kind of like the "Extreme Edition" of Intel, you can OC the speeds on the normal 64's to plenty fast enough. $800 just isnt worth it if you ask me.
well, i say if you have endless amounts of money to put in this comp get the fx just because you can. lmao, but if you can't got with the hight end 64, then you wont have to upgrade to a 64 bit cpu later on.
