Default New System Parts

I am building a new PC, what do you guy's think of these parts?

Aspire X-DREAMER II Case w/ 350w P/S
Intel 3.2C (Northwood) GHz HT
ABIT IC7-G i875P Chipset
2x 256MB Kingston PC-3200 RAM
120GB Western Digital EIDE Hard Drive
Lite-ON 52x32x52 CD-RW Drive
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
Logitech Z640 5.1 Surround Speakers

What do ya think?

Are you planning on getting a graphics card? What will this computer be used for? If you want to do some gamming you definitely need a graphics card, but otherwise it looks pretty good. Make sure you take advantage of the digital output capability of those logitech's too

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention. The PC I currently have is running an ATI RADEON 9600XT, so I'm just going to move it to the new one.

its not bad, honestly i don't think 5.1 is worth it, my bose companion 2.1's are great. save money too. also get a 400+ watt power supply, if you are fan crazy like me... you need it. ati's tend to use a lot of juice also.

I'm getting 5.1 for gaming. I like to know who's attacking me and from where. that will help out a bit. Also, I will eventually get a 550w power supply, but not until I get a new video card because the 9600XT doesn't require any extra power.
