I need some opinions on my setup.
So far I only have the case, mobo, and psu.
I still need to pick out a SATA HDD and I want to find a good DVD Burner. Maybe you guys can help me out on that...

Also, is there a way to tell if a mobo is DOA? I want to try my DFI out to see if it works but I dont have any ram for it. Is there an alternative to checking to see if its DOA or not?

Sounds good. Get a Lite-on 411s DVD burner. I have one, I love it, and it's pretty cheap. As far as HDD, either a WD caviar or a Maxtor diamondMAX 9. They perform the same really, so go with personal pref/cheapest.
