Default NEW server....

I'm trying to figure out what I can do with this Net Server, any suggestions?


Specs:
Dual 486 (i think)
On board SCSI and IDE
as well as external SCSI
Tape Drive (loud as hell)
and a bunch of small SCSI/IDE hard drives


Please HELP me!

Dual 486?
In that case, maybe use it as either
1. firewall
2. linux router
3. doorstop

I was serious when I said linux router or firewall.

(I wasn't exactly joking about doorstop either but I appreciate thats not the sort of suggestion you were looking for)

well, I think the only OS it could run is NT 4.0 or maybe windows 98, I wasn't aware it could run Linux? maybe rehat 1 or something, lol.

samm has some good ideas, i'll say use it as a firewall. linux can run on any machine.

What version would you guys recommend? and are there any versions that will fit on a bunch of floppies and still have a GUI?
