Default new ram

I got newq ram and i now have 768Mb and its not as fast as i thought, i mean i had 256 and now got another 512 and its all thew same speed and even a better manufactor of ram so what the prob? i touight i would be flying

if one of the sticks is running at ddr333 speeds, then of course it'll be slower than you thought

also, it all depends on what programs you are running

if you're not using up to 256 or even close to it, then i don't think you'll feel a difference

timing doesn't matter
