New psu

I am thinking of getting this pus because my current antec 400w just doesnt have the juice to power everything I have. Is this a good power supply?

I dont mind spending money on a good psu, because it can make or break your pc. I will have to mod the front bay control, since i dont have an extra 5.25 bay.

If there are any other psu in the 500w + that you would recomend that are very good quality and quiet please inform me.
