Default new power suply and case for old pc

the power suply went out in my old pc . hp 511n .celleron.
a friend thought he was doing me a favor so he bought me a new case with 4 fans and 450 w power suply .should i usu the new psu or find another 150w . that it came withfrom factory?

as long as your motherboard is ATX it will work fine

why do you say it would be fine with an ATX? what about other form factors?

what is the make of the case and the PSU out of interest?

I think because of more resistors and such canaffect how much power goes through?
