new motherboard computer wnot start

i tried both voltages i did on and off with tmy psu in the back and i still the same the fans turnedo n for couple seconds then stoped

yo guys thnx for ur suppoet but i figured it out i pluged in the front panel usb wrong lmao now everything works i just gota get the bios installed and there is 1 more problem the hdd led and the power led wont display in the front of my case ill figre that out later w000t pwnage now
