New Motherboard

Hey all,

Does anyone know of a good motherboard which has the following:

Socket A
FSB 333/400
Supports ddr400 in at least 2 slots
Onboard sound and LAN (not too importent)
Sata compatable
under £55 (that's UK pounds including VAT)

Any suggerstions would be helpful.
As a note, I do not want to go for a 64bit motherboard or chage the socket type.

EDIT: I have found two boards which looking promising:

Asrock K7Upgrade-880
MSI KT6 Delta FISR

Has anyone got any opions on these?
