New Mobo?

I have an old P4 1.6Ghz system I am not using, that is missing the Ram and a Video Card. So for Christmas I was thinking about putting in a GeForce4 MX 440 8X, and some PC3200 DDR and giving it to my sister. But I wanted to know if I could put a new motherboard in that would support that chip, but that would also support faster chips if she ever wants to go faster. Because the board in it now, a VIA Board, only supports up to PC2100 DDR, and 4X AGP. Its a socket 478 based board. Im not really up on anything Intel, ive been using AMD for a few years now so ive paid more attention to their stuff. So if you could give me some recommendations on boards, that would be helpful. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, because she doesn't do any high end computing. It just has to support the existing chip, and the stuff I am going to add. Thanks

What about this board, http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-127-171&depa=0 I have always liked Abit, and it looks like it has everything I need. I also picked it because I want either the VIA chipset or the NForce. I dont want to have to deal with SIS or Intel. Though it is a little more than I wanted to pay. Will this one do everything I need it to do?
