CPU - Intel Pentium P4 3.0E - 800MHz FSB Retail (1MB Cache)

Mainboard - Asus P4P800-E-Deluxe S478 865PE Chipset 1AGP8x/5PCI/4DDR, w/Sound Gigabit Lan SATA Raid USB 2.0 IEEE1394 ATA-133 Raid

Memory - Kingston HYPERX PC3200 512MB CAS2 3-2-6 T1 DDR 400MHZ 184PIN

Hard Drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 160GB 8MB

Video Card - Ati Radeon 9800 PRO 128MB 256BIT AGP VGA DVI-I TV OUT

i was just wondering if everything in here will fix nicely together

Everything looks pretty good to me. I'm not much of an expert on the pentium motherboards, but judging by what you have written you graphics card, hdd, and ram will all be compatable with it. Should be a nice system, good luck.

The MB is from a well respected maker of Motherboards, the Intel chip seems to be one of the new types and may run a little hot so be sure you have a cpu heatsink and fan along with good case fans in and out. Buy a boxed cpy and the fan with heatsink will come with it. (I did not go back and research the cpu chip.)

Just be sure that the mobo can handle the extra voltage of the Prescott, they usually tell you that on the website
