Default New Intel Chipset

Hey i am pretty new here but i was wondering, i was whatching tech tv and they anounced that intel had just recently released a new chip set which is quite rare. I am pretty sure the newest one is called the 925X, i was surfing around and i could not tell if they where on sale now or not, if they where how much are they and is it worth getting one? do they really make a difference in preformence.

I tell you the story i heard this from from my maximum pc mag. Ok intel has got rid of the tejas or the prescott chip sets because they are running way to hot and with way to much power to run them so intel is coming out with some new chips but no they are not out yet and im sure they will be top notch when they are but be patient. But if you are looking for a good chip set go with an amd 64 bit

i already have a pentium 4 and i am pretty sure that the athelon chipsets dont work

Stick with the I875p chipset for now as the new Alderwood and Grantsdale are still unproven
