Details? And for reliability, go for Seagate

ok yea, sadly they didnt put the review for this on their site yet... basically this baby is 500gb, has SATA II features(300mb/s), ncq, and has performed on par or better then the smaller seagate(7200.8) and maxtor(DiMax 10) drives... it apparently comes with a bund of features that you can use to tweak it, but that doesn't matter much to me.... i love that fact that it's both fast, and fat ^_~

sounds nice, but i would still stick with WD or Seagate for pure reliability. Besides, 500 USD can buy a sweet video card or CPU

Or you could use a RAID 0 configuration for (2) Seagate 250gig SATA NCQ's. They are like $131.00 each. That will save you over $238.00.

I'm sure you wouldn't even notice a performance difference between the two.
