Default New computer help!!

I am building a new computer soon, and I wondered if someone could answer a couple of questions for me?

(I'm not a hardcore gamer, so don't need major gaming setups!)

1) I plan to buy a gigabyte 8i915P-Duo Pro mobo, P4 540J (3.2GHz), and a gigabyte GV-NX66128D GPU. Are these all compatible?

2) Does the 8i915P Duo-Pro only work with DDR2 memory? (I think it does). If so, am I right in thinking that DDR2 is the 240 pin stuff?

3) Any feedback (good or bad) on thermaltake or coolermaster cases??

Many thanks!
Bob.

MoBo

GPU

I have now found out that the mobo is compatible with DDR and DDR2. However the website that I buy from lists DDR mem as 184 pin and DDR2 mem as 240 pin - will they both fit into this mobo?!

Thanks!

With regard to the GPU. The eVga card will be your best bet, not the GeForce.

Any chance of a link to the eVga? Can't find it on the gigabyte website - who makes it? Thanks.
