CPU: AMD® Athlon™ 64 3500+(2.2GHz) Socket-939 512K Box

Mother board: Asus K8N S754 nForce3 250Gb Chipset 1AGP8x/5PCI/3DDR, w/Sound Lan SATA-Raid USB 2.0 ATA-133

RAM: Two 512MB PC3200 400Mhz 184pin DDR sticks

HD: Maxtor 160GB HD 7200rpm 8MB

Video Card: ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256MB

ROM & CD Writer: LG 16x DVD ROM drive
LG 52x32x52 IDE int CD Writer w/Software

Monitor: AOC 19" 9Klr .25 1600x1200 (Flat)

only problem i see is socket 754, it has no future.

the cpu and mobo aren't compatible. if you have a s939 cpu the mobo needs to be s939. also, no amd mobo supports pci-e yet. which means the x700 won't work for now

as jnev_89 said, the X700 is a PCI Express card, it won't work in any AMD motherboard right now
I suggest you take it back and get a 6800 GT or an X800 pro then softmod it to an XT, don't get the X800 pro if you don't want to softmod it though
