New ATI Radeon 9200 but, I got a problem!

Hi,
Yesterday, for my birthday, I got a brand new Sapphire ATI Radeon 9200 SE 128MB. But, when I'm listen to music (MP3 on HD), the music lags, randomly, it's just freeze up. And, I need to move my mouse or press a keyboard key to make it go normaly.

Have you insalled all the chipset drivers and graphics card driver properly

I tried with the drivers that came on the CD with the card and the lastest driver from the internet and both the same thing.
