Sure. Don't expect great gaming out of it or anything, but for $50 bucks, that's not bad. I had that card on my old computer actually. It will run anything on the old Q3 engine, just don't expect it to run the new games well, if at all.

But if all you want is S-video out, if that card has it, it would be fine.

One warning about graphics cards

Most of the time you have to use their included S-VIDEO cable, it has 2 different ends on it, one is for TV one is special for the graphics card

Oh, I just saw you are looking at a Rosewill card, DO NOT GET IT. Rosewill is Newegg's own cheap brand. If you can, try to get the card I suggested. If you can not afford that, just make sure you get anything but Rosewill.
