***Need Suggestions***Printer Related Issue

Hi,

I'm currently having a problem with my receipt printer not printing certain characters.

Apparently the program that produces the prints is using a different character set.

My question is, is there a way to somehow map the characters so that the receipts are propertly printed? or is there other ways to do this?

Help will be greatly appreciated.
