need some help..with e-radio program

For starters I'm not very computer literate, I hardly know basic usage. I've started a business recently and it involves internet sales, so I'll be setting up a web page very soon. On this page I'd like to broadcast a one hour weekly radio program talking about the business from my home. I'd like to set it up were it runs live and you can download past archives. Would this be very costly? What type of equipment would be necessary? I really don't know where to start..thanks for all your help

all you need is a computer system with windows xp, microphone, and internet connection.

Use these programs:

Sound recorder - Record your eradio program into the microphone, while recording the sound with sound recorder. You can play the audio file with Windows Media Player.

A website can cost as low as $5/month. A website builder could cost $10/hr to make the website.

or you could use Geocities - http://geocities.yahoo.com and host your website through there. It has a useful website builder.
