Default need RAM

i currently have 512 MB of DDR RAM, i was wanting to upgrade to about 1 gig. has anybody tried this brand (link below), or heard anything good about it?

The first link:Never heard of "Ultra" brand memory.

The second link: Those are some great latency times (2 2 2 6 T1)
The first product doesn't even show what the latency is so its hard to compare. So, in my own opinion, its worth the extra money.

I would keep looking for some reviews before i bought, and thanks for the input on the video card.

no problem hercules; has anybody even heard of the "Ultra" brand? any other brands that you'd reccomend for me?

No, I have not heard of Ultra, but hercules is right, the latency timings are good on the second linked item.

As for recommendations, Corsair, Kingston, and OCZ are good, but quite a bit more expensive.
