I don't plan to buy now, but I want some suggestions on a 6.1 piece speaker system... whats the best brand, where are good prices. see I have very old speakers and I could use some new ones...and I want them to look good, maybe even match my comp, it is silver and blue(blue lights)... you can see it in my avatar...

Just a suggestion here, but I wouldn't bother getting a 6.1 set, just stick with a 5.1 set like damasta recommended. I've got a nice 6.1 set, but for the most part the rear center speaker is left idle because barely anything supports a 6.1 setup. Its all either 5.1 or 7.1.

I have a set of the X-530's and I LOVE them. They sound as good as speakers that cost twice as much. The bass has authority and the treble is better thanks to tweeters on all the satellites.
