Default need laptop advice...please.

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying a laptop, I don't need something super powerful but something that decent and would allow me to do internet surfing and downloading, something reliable and best bang for my dollar.some graphics stuff, 3D drawing, and the laptop would not be for gaming at all!! **Just to note, I have many OS versions so a laptop with no OS doesn't concern me one bit. Any advice would help me out alot too, such us what key things I should be looking for in laptop in knowing what is good deal or not, thanks!!
