on how to formatt my pc and how and were to get an free xp installer cd or disk

why do u need free XP Disk? U already have installed. as if u have the key, you can get the copy of retail version from any of our friends. that can accept your key as well.

i want to clear my hard drive because it use to be my cousins and i dont want his stuff and theres like 30 plus users and groups because its from my cousins work and i dont have a windows installer

hmm, u mean, you got the hard drive from your cousin? isnt it?

does your PC has got the COA attached? as if its there, you can use any of the CD-Writed copy and thereafter putting ur own COA

certificate of authenticity... the windows key... or are you asking for a pirated version?? that would't be a good idea to ask for that because most here wont help support telling you how to go about pirating software.
