Need Help, PSU? Video Problem

Hi,
I purchase a 9600 AIW few months ago, and my system starts to go weird after about 2 months, first when I watch TV with the tuner and try to open a program, sometimes the computer will shut off by itself!
Smell of burning coming from the system
I am not sure if it is a faulty video card? or PSU since what I have is a generic 400W!

do you have another video card or power supply to try?

all i can say is that the "burning" smell can't be good!

Usually, burning=dying/dead PSU.
