Need help with Hiren's BootCD

I'm watching this guy's video on how to use it on a USB stick.

For some reason the Hiren's that i downloaded doesn't come with the same files as this guy. There is no HBCD folder

this is what i got when i downloaded 14.0

do i HAVE to burn it to a CD first and then move it over the the USB?

You can use UNetbootin to burn the ISO to flash drive.
