Need HELP WITH DISK DRIVE

i have a combo drive.DVD/CD-RW Combo (32write speedx10rewritex12dvdreadx40read)
I can burn, install, and listen to cd and watch dvd. There is a problem when i try to play games i installed though. The games will not play they just spin around or wutever in the drive till for like 5 minutes and then it says "plz insert disk" .
I have a compaq presario 6410nx jus to let u know.
yes the cds are clean by the way.

check if the cd is clean, if it isnt, get a lens cleaning kit for your drive

Enable DMA for your Cd/DVD rom devices if itsn't enabled yet. It should be available in the Device Manager->Ide atapi controllers. Click primary ,enable DMA in that. Do this for secondary too.
