Good picture quality
protect eyes

and post about ViewSonic VA1928wm speakers good sound quality or not

my computer mother board is XFX 630i

there both decent monitors. what would you be doing with the monitors playing games watching movies etc, cause you've also gotta consider its response rate, cause you don't want the screen to blur if your playing a fast game or watching an movie with tons of action.
