Need an External Hard Drive

So I'm looking for at least 1TB hard drive to back up files from my laptop. Will use it for the family desktop as required, and occasionally to my sisters netbook if she wants to back things up too. Money isn't really an issue since I'm willing to pay a bit more to get a good quality external hard drive to ensure that I don't lose data or anything.

Any you can recommend will be great.
