Default Need 2 High power 120mm"fans

So i knocked myself out today and went on a serious spending spree on wc parts.
i got...
pump MCP650
radiator- black ice extreme 2
water block- swift tech MCW6000-64
Tubing- UV reflective 1/2'
metal screw clamps.

anyways i hooked everything up and i realized the radiator doesnt come with fans " Im still a noob lol" so i used 2 120mm fans from my old case.I have a few questions, first of all my idle temps are between 39C-41C which is a big dissapointment I was expecting to see temps in the low 30's high 20's.Is it becuase of the fans they connect with the four pin connector, can i adjust the speed? If this is the problem can some please please recommend a set of fans for me,I would really appreciate it.And dont care how loud they are.

that is quite high im on air coolin and mine is alot lower than that. usually a big difference in fan speed makes only afew degrees difference. erm could u try and get a 2nd radiator. also look at the rest of your airflow, like if ur blowing already warm air through the rad that aint a good thing.

Take a look around newegg, i've seen some 120mm fans that flow 90+ CFM at around 2200rpm. Just imagine if you cranked that mamma jamma up a bit.
