I've narrowed my server choices to three. Which one should I get? (This is only the stuff I need.)

This will be used for SQL, Oracle, Linux, and running a home network. I'm an Oracle/SQL DBA if that helps. I also do my experiments with newer OSs like FreeBSD and others as well as different versions of Linux like Mandrake and RedHat.
