How do i check my RAM timings?
My BIOS doesn't tell me very much.
Any software I can use?

I believe CPU-Z tells you these things. Just google for CPU-Z.

Just checked it. CPU-Z only displays PCI-133 256MB and the latencies are all grayed out.

Any other suggestions?
