Question My Thinkpad's Mobo is broken???

One day I turn on my IBM 600E Thinkpad and I get an error screen like this:

The error number is 08611 if you can't see it.
When I hit test it brings me to a screen like this:

I test the motherboard and get what is written in red below it. I cannot boot up into WinXP at all. Is the motherboard broken? How d I enter the BIOS on a thinkpad? there is no screen saying: press del to enter BIOS. Can anyone help?

when you first turn it on, it does this memory test, press delete there, also try the f keys.

Is it still on warranty?

I bought this laptop on ebay I"m pretty sure that it's not covered under warranty any more. I tried the f keys and del but they actually caused it to have another error, I rebooted and its ok now, still have the original error though.
