You don't need that DVI adapter, get a normal HDMI cable. That should be all you need, is this :

Newegg.com - ASUS EAH4350 SILENT/DI/512MD2(LP) Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 CrossFire Supported Low Profile Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

and something like this :

Newegg.com - IOGEAR GHDMI1005P 16.4 ft. HDMI v.1.3c CAT-2 Series 1000 Cable (Polybag) M-M - Audio Video Cables

Your current graphics are integrated into your motherboard, so just uninstall your current drivers. Shut down your computer, plug in the new card, reboot, and install the new drivers.

You won't have to unplug anything once everything is setup. You'll be using your PCI-Express x16 slot, which isn't used. Luckily, you can't plug something in to a slot where it doesn't go.

It's not necessary, but it may help the computer with speed. You would be best adding 2GB more to it, to have a total of 3GB.
